Learning From Hippocrates to Slow Down

As some of you know I am spending a week at the Hippocrates Institute in Florida to detox and to enrich my knowledge of live foods. You might have heard of this legendary place from Kris Carr’s ‘Crazy Sexy Diet’ or from a raw foodie friend. People come here from all over the world. So far I met people with cancer, chronic conditions, untreatable diseases, and those who are dissatisfied with Western medicine. Everyone is coming with a hope of healing and learning.

One of the most important lessons that Hippocrates staff is teaching is that stress creates a highly acidic environment that is favorable for breeding of bad unhappy cells. Our blood chemistry changes when we are stressed. Overtime it can get us feeling sick and run down.

Last few days before the holidays can be pretty stressful! So to help of my friends to reduce insomnia and slow down, I created a guided relaxation video which is based on a traditional yoga nidra. Hopefully, you like it as much as he did.
