Summer is the time of play and fun but what I am hearing from many of my clients and readers is that you are too tired to enjoy it. Your energy is low and you would rather stay at home and watch TV because going outside is tiring.

After a very successful 2 day urban retreat in Moscow, Russia where 40 women shared a transformational experience of realigning their daily self-care to support their true unique nature, I started having bouts of doubt.
We are great at setting goals, we are good at creating a vision, but not many of us rely on actions and behavior change to bring forth what we desire. Rarely do we turn to examine our surroundings – the environment that we live in. In this particular situation I want to talk about the influence of the environment on our health.
What do you think would happen if you gave up your rules around food? What if you ate what you wanted, when you wanted, as much as you wanted and exercised also only when you felt like it? Do you think you would turn into a fat immobile pumpkin? Would you be brave enough to ever see what would actually happen?
Every time I spent time at home I remember more things about my childhood. It feels like they just float up in my memory. It is always so fun to observe:)
Fall is finally here and I just can’t wait to pull out my sweaters and leather boots. What I love most about Fall is that it feels like the real start of the year, and a great time to make some resolutions. Resolutions. Just mentioning the word gives me a little anxiety. Feelings of pressure to lose weight, guilt over what we’ve eaten or how we’ve let ourselves go over the summer can seriously raise our blood pressure.
