I believe in sharing knowledge and empowering women to gracefully step into their own power to take care of their body. I will give you information and skills that will help you to know what and when your body needs. You will walk away with a ‘how to’ not just a list of ‘to-do’s’.
I do not believe in strict rules, restrictive diets, or generalized advice. I don’t expect you to be perfect in your eating or lifestyle routine because I know that life is not predictable and strict rules rarely workout long-term. Instead, I focus on keeping all advice real, family-friendly, flexible and effective. The goal is to feel great, not to be perfect at following diet or rules.
I think being healthy is not about being on a permanent restrictive diet and exercise regimen, it is about being kind to your body, about finding ways to balance out “treat” days and challenging times, and about staying committed to your wellness vision.
