To be is to be pure Love

Being love also means being aware of the importance of nurturing my own soul, taking care of my own needs, and not putting myself last. This allows me to be true to myself and to treat myself with total respect and kindness.

When we live completely from the mind, we lose touch with the infinite self, and begin to feel lost. This happens when we’re in doing mode all the time, rather than being.

The universe is contained within us, and what we experience externally is only a reflection.

Being true to ourselves is more important than just trying to stay positive! It’s much better to experience real emotions than to bottle them up.

The kinder I m to myself, the more outward events will reflect that. The harder and more judgmental I m toward myself, the more my situation will match it.

It’s no fun eating all the so-called right foods out of fear of getting sick and being miserable about it. Being anxious causes a whole other set of problems. Our bodies are actually a lot more resilient than we give them credit for, particularly if we’re happy and not under stress (Nadya: this is so true! I always tell my clients that stress and food related guilt will do more harm than the food itself. If you choose to change your diet do it from an act of love towards your body not punishment!)

When it comes to finding the right path, there is a different answer for each person. The only universal solution I have is to love yourself unconditionally and be yourself fearlessly!
