Mindful Eating Workshop
A perfect end for a work week: yoga, chocolate and a warm company! Save the date! Fri, October 15th 7:30-9:30PM
Desserts are one of the easiest foods to overindulge in. But eating desserts mindfully can be one of the finest pleasures in life. Sweets can nourish all the tissues and create lots of positive emotions. Why restrict yourself through will power if you can rely on your inner guide instead and truly enjoy each bite? If you often find yourself eating an entire piece of cake or a pint of ice cream and still feeling hungry or craving more, you might be eating mindlessly. Mindless eating can lead to weight gain, anxiety, self-loathing, and digestive issues such as bloating and upset stomach.
In this experiential workshop you will learn how to stop the cycle of binging and guilt, how to truly enjoy your food and create a sense of both physical and emotional satisfaction from food by eating mindfully.
Ever wonder how some people claim to eat whatever they want and how much they want and don’t gain an ounce? Would you like to forget what an after-indulgence guilt feels like? In this workshop you will get the tools to develop true self-awareness which will allow you to build a better communication with your own body. How would you like to know what works and what doesn’t work for your body, which foods will benefit you and which can bring you down?!
Join me as we mindfully flow through some vinyasas and enjoy amazing chocolate treats and tea afterwards.
