REAL AYURVEDIC SKINCARE

In one of my previous articles I wrote about home-made beauty recipes and skin-friendly foods. But sometimes we are too busy to cook masks and creams and still need to look pretty. While the skin is an outer reflection of what’s happening on the inside and likewise, everything you put onto the skin becomes a part of who you are. Until very recently most of us were choosing skin-care based on the promised results without paying close attention to 20-letter words on the package. Now more and more research points out that whatever we put on our skin eventually ends our in our body and that harmful chemicals hurt us a lot more on the inside than they do good on the outside.

As a true ayurveda girl, my creams come ayurvedic as well! Time honored recipes of natural beauty were passed down in texts written in Sanskrit, over 5,000 years ago — ayurveda philosophy — a system of rejuvenation, beauty and health care.
