My personal experience with Ayurveda, yoga, vegan, gluten-free, and raw diets and my healing transformation from PCOS inspired me to pursue Wellness Coaching certification through Wellcoaches in the search of an effective framework for helping people to find their internal health guru and to motivate them during that search.
