Hello world!

Spring is always about new life, new beginnings, refreshing, and starting from a clean sheet. And even though spring in NYC was really short this year, I was aware of the new life and beginnings a lot more than usual. Partly because my sister is pregnant and I m working with several expecting students. And partly because I was writing so much on Ayurvedic guidelines for Spring. This website and this blog are new adventures that were born this spring, as well. I am excited to be able to share my yoga experience, tips, and classes online and reach more people. Yoga has a great power to make each individual more efficient and happy in every day life. It provides necessary strength, health, and a strong stress immunity.
To provide the most relevant advice and share interesting information, I need to know what are your interests, concerns, questions, or ideas. This way I will be able to write for you, make yoga videos that you would like to see, and answer your questions. So please, leave your comments or questions and we will work together on becoming healthier and happier yogis!
