After a very successful 2 day urban retreat in Moscow, Russia where 40 women shared a transformational experience of realigning their daily self-care to support their true unique nature, I started having bouts of doubt.
You may think I have always lived a perfect health coach life, drinking green juices and sucking on chia seeds (if you don’t know what these are — stay tuned!) But I’ll be honest with you: it took me the longest time to learn how to put myself first. And even after I did, the recent book launch got the best out of me.
We are great at setting goals, we are good at creating a vision, but not many of us rely on actions and behavior change to bring forth what we desire. Rarely do we turn to examine our surroundings – the environment that we live in. In this particular situation I want to talk about the influence of the environment on our health.
