We danced, we watched stars from a hot tub and then jumped into ice cold pool, we meditated and prayed, we had long conversations over tea and red wine, we danced to awaken the energy of earth, water, fire and air. There were so many moments where I felt an overflowing sense of gratitude and love. I feel so lucky to experience the closeness, love, warmth, and appreciation that women can provide for each other.
In my year end review and 2015 visioning I got a recurrent theme of SPACE and STILLNESS coming up.
I love all of these topics and think they are very important but starting today I won’t be writing about them anymore.

After a very successful 2 day urban retreat in Moscow, Russia where 40 women shared a transformational experience of realigning their daily self-care to support their true unique nature, I started having bouts of doubt.
You may think I have always lived a perfect health coach life, drinking green juices and sucking on chia seeds (if you don’t know what these are — stay tuned!) But I’ll be honest with you: it took me the longest time to learn how to put myself first. And even after I did, the recent book launch got the best out of me.
We are great at setting goals, we are good at creating a vision, but not many of us rely on actions and behavior change to bring forth what we desire. Rarely do we turn to examine our surroundings – the environment that we live in. In this particular situation I want to talk about the influence of the environment on our health.
